1. Introduction
Revelto ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information (name, email address)
- Profile data (body metrics, fitness goals)
- Workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
- Photos (optional, for tracking progress)
- Profile pictures
- Session/workout progress photos
- Body measurement photos
- Stored securely on our servers
- Progress and measurement photos are only accessible by you
- Can be deleted at any time
- Training preferences and settings
Automatically collected information:
- Device information (device type, operating system)
- Usage data (app interactions, features used)
- Log data (access times, errors, performance data)
- Analytics data (aggregated usage statistics)
- We do NOT collect advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA)
Public profile data (opt-in):
If you choose to activate your public profile, the following data becomes visible to other Revelto users: your username, display name, bio, profile picture, fitness goal, aggregated statistics (session count, weekly streak, total volume), and summaries of sessions you have marked as public.
Activating a public profile is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time from the App settings.
Moderation data:
When you report a profile, we collect: the user identifier of the reporting user, the user identifier of the reported profile, the reason for the report, and the date. This data is used exclusively for moderation purposes and is accessible only to the Revelto team.
2.1 Camera and Photo Access
The App requests camera permission for the following purposes:
- Taking profile pictures
- Capturing workout progress photos
- Documenting body measurements over time
Camera access is optional and only activated when you choose to take a photo. Progress photos, body measurement photos, and workout photos are stored securely on our servers and are never shared with third parties or other users. If you choose to enable a public profile, your profile picture will be visible to other users as part of your public profile.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Personalize your experience
- Track your fitness progress
- Send notifications and updates
- Improve the App's functionality
- Analyze usage patterns
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enable and operate optional social features (public profiles, session sharing, template sharing)
- Process moderation reports and enforce community standards
3.1 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract: to provide core app features such as account management, workout tracking, data synchronization, and subscription access.
- Consent: for optional features such as photo uploads and optional notifications (you can disable notifications anytime in your device settings).
- Legitimate interests: to ensure app security, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
- Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from authorities.
4. Data Storage and Security

- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We regularly review and update our security practices
- However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

- Cloud infrastructure provider for data storage and authentication
- Analytics service for app improvement
- Google Play Store / App Store (for subscription management)
Legal Requirements:

Advertising:
We do not display advertisements in the App and do not share your data with advertising networks.
Public Profiles (opt-in):
If you have enabled a public profile, your public profile data is visible to other logged-in users, as described in §2 above. Personal photos (progress photos, body measurement photos, workout photos) remain strictly private and are never shared, regardless of your public profile setting.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
Subscription and Payment Information
Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment details. We may receive limited information related to your subscription status (such as active or expired status, subscription type, and renewal dates) solely to provide access to premium features.

You have the right to:

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
Public profile data (bio, public session summaries, profile picture) remains visible to other users until you disable your public profile or delete your account. Upon account deletion, all public data is removed within 30 days. Moderation reports are retained by the Revelto team for safety and compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
Public Profiles and User-Generated Content
(a) Entirely voluntary: Activating your public profile is optional. You can enable or disable it at any time from the App settings. When disabled, your profile and all associated public content become immediately private.
(b) Publicly accessible content: Content published under a public profile (bio, display name, sessions marked as public) is visible to other logged-in users who access your profile link.
(c) Moderation: We reserve the right to hide or remove any public content that violates our Community Standards, without prior notice.
(d) Reporting and blocking: Users can report any public profile and block other users directly within the App. These mechanisms are described in our Terms of Service.
9. Children's Privacy
Revelto is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
12. European Users (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR, including:
- Right to access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
Website Data
Our website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. We do not collect personal data through the website outside of information you voluntarily provide (such as contacting us by email).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
