By accessing and using Revelto ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Revelto is a fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track progress, manage training programs, and access exercise guides. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content within the App
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Collect user information without consent

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Revelto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVELTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Health Disclaimer

Revelto is not a medical application. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
