How to Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Revelto account and all associated data directly from the mobile app:
Steps:
- Open the Revelto app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- The App signs you out after the request is accepted; deletion then continues in the background
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account information
Name, email, password
Profile data
Body metrics, fitness goals, preferences
Workout history
All exercises, sets, reps, weights, sessions
Photos
Profile picture, progress photos, session photos
App statistics
Charts and progress records stored in your Revelto account
Cloud notifications and preferences
Revelto settings, notification records, and registered push tokens
Data Retention
Access closure
The App signs you out when the request is accepted, and removal of your account data begins.
Asynchronous deletion
We aim to complete deletion of Revelto-controlled account data within 30 days. Contact us if you need confirmation.
Records outside the account store
A minimal record confirming the request and its completion may remain. App-store and service providers apply their own retention or legal obligations to purchase, analytics, crash, performance, and security records; see our Privacy Policy or contact us for a request covering those records.
Recurring Subscriptions
Deleting your Revelto account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel a monthly or annual plan in your store-account settings before deleting the account if you want to prevent a future renewal. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
